hello im a nice, young, japanese buisnessman who seeks to rent out his tented backyard. i live in a floor level efficiency and have a 400 sq. ft. backyard with a tent over it and fenced in for your protection! it has a hose but all other amenities you must provide for yourself - such as heating, electric generators etc. for an additional $500 you can have access to my kitchen and bathroom as long as we split the utility bill. there is minor shrubbery in my backyard but it is pleasant to look at. serious applicants only! will provide pictures upon request. you cant beat this price in NYC!

Yeah but it's in Murray Hill.
But it comes with a tent!...and a hose!
